I recently got my hands on the SnaggletoothAL mini for my Kershaw Talon I knife, and let me tell you, it’s transformed my everyday carry in ways I didn't expect. The installation was a breeze, and now, deploying my knife is just a matter of pulling it out of my pocket.
The design is spot-on - sleek, professional, and it blends seamlessly with my knife. I went with the purple finish, and it looks like it was always meant to be part of my knife. The materials feel sturdy, no worries about it wearing down quickly.
The wave feature works like a charm. I was initially skeptical about how effective it would be, but after a few uses, it's second nature. It's made handling my knife in various situations much more intuitive and swift. One thing to note, though, is to be mindful of how you carry it; it does catch on pockets a bit more than a regular knife would.
At around 20-25 bucks, depending on the model, I think it's a steal for what you get. This mod has breathed new life into an EDC I was about to retire. Now, I'm considering upgrading more of my collection with Snaggletooth's touch.
I had a couple of questions before ordering, and Rob at Snaggletooth was super responsive. He helped me choose the right mod for my knife, making sure I wasn't going to run into any compatibility issues. That kind of service goes a long way in building trust with his product.
