Not for Me

Let me start out by saying the quality of the product in no way influenced my review. Quality was outstanding and shipping was fast, happy camper in both those regards.
The reason for my mid-rating has to do with design, and even there, I can’t levy much fault because the product has to be installed in line with the factory thumb stud placement.
All this to say, I did not find the product useful as the “snag” sits about a half inch too far forward on the top of the blade for my liking, something I didn’t appreciate from the product photos until I had it installed (see the Cold Steel Ti Lite for the ideal placement/deployment).
Lastly, I’m used to carrying my SOCP tip down, and this product requires tip up carry and I couldn’t get used to the switch and felt like I didn’t have a solid grip on enough of the handle of the knife by the time the blade deployed.
This product wasn’t for me but I appreciated the innovation and craftsmanship! Keep it up!
