The SnaggleTooth Mayhem modification was one of the easiest modifications I’ve ever done on a knife!
When I think about it, I think I spent only about 5 or 10 minutes at best doing this modification, and I wasn’t even in a hurry.
Best of all, it works perfectly, and is well worth doing for such a great knife!

I purchase snaggletooth products for a lot of my Cold Steel knives but this metal stainless one for the Mayhem blade has upgraded it to the highest as it did not come with a thumb plate. Deploys quick and effortless. Thanks guys.
